High Country Bee and Dwarf Clover are native to CO in the high altitude mountains. The Bee’s tongue in length is a third of its body in order to reach down the long throat of mountain flowers. Unfortunately, due to climate change, their tongues have shrunk in length in order to survive by drinking from a broader spectrum of flowers.
